Team Girl Comic were at Dundee Comic Expo yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised to see my old remanufacturing comic on the university wall!

My copy of the Adventures in Comics 3 newspaper arrived the other day, which included my comic on the theme ‘The Great Tree’ (the one on the left). I realised that this is actually the first time I have submitted a comic to someone else’s publication. Drawing comics is the fun part, nice to have someone else do all the work for once!

Spent some time tonight designing the characters for my Team Girl issue 7 comic: a mum and her teenage daughters, catching a bit of sunshine in the back garden.

Here’s a panel from my comic for Team Girl Comic issue 6, it’s called ‘The Teddy School of Taxidermy’. The submissions day is tomorrow and I’ve already got some great stuff handed in. Looking forward to unveiling the new cover design (by MJ Wallace) soon!

Here’s a wildlife comic I did for the Doune the Rabbit Hole programme, about the reintroduction of red kites to the local area. Except…the festival wasn’t actually in Doune this year!! Ah well. It’s still sort of relevant.
